Customers can request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be accepted after the 30-day return period has expired.

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund if applicable.

5. Refund Processing Time
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it within 7 business days. If your refund is approved:

6. Order Cancellation
β’Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund
β’If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process must be followed after delivery

Currently, PetEasey ships within the United States and accepts returns from customers located in the United States only.
